The Law of Influence- Leadership is influence, nothing more and nothing less.
This law teaches us that your influence will determine your impact. This is why valuing people is so powerful. People gravitate towards what they value, and everyone values being valued. When people know you can take them to a better place, they will move in your direction. This law is even true when someone is a bad leader. Influence is what it is and it is what will cause people to follow you.
Application: Value people authentically, look for ways to add value to them, and thus will make what you bring to the table more valuable.
